Tax Assistance
​VITA at UCSB provides free tax preparation services for students and local Santa Barbara County residents who make $67,000 or less a year. Tax returns are prepared and electronically filed by IRS-certified volunteers for qualified individuals or families. Tax preparation will take place from February - April, 2025.​

Appointments can be made up to 3 hours ahead of the requested time, if it is still available.

We will take appointments FIRST, walk-ins are welcome but we won’t accept new clients 30 minutes before closing.
